In the words from our Tricastle International President Ms. Leah J. Tinsay, “Promising and great promises for the future!”, through the efforts of Mr. Yasutaka Shimada, President of LSP Corporation, who recently granted permission to operate as a Japan registered Human resource and recruitment company, were able to have a meeting with the President of the Disney Group of Hotels Mr. Charles Bedford at Tokyo Disney Hotel last February 18, 2025.
Mr. Charles Bedford is a British national who grew up in Japan. He had a great combination of Japanese and English character. They discussed the LSP Corporation background and Filipino workers.
After a successful meeting, Mr. Bedford said that he will recommend LSP Corporation to start negotiating with MBM Corporation, the company that handles all personnel and staffing requirements of Disneyland hotels and Entertainment. According to our President, this came out to be the biggest surprise because that recommendation does not come in instantly, and giving the key to open the door to the tough MBM company takes a lot of time.
After their meeting, Ms. Tinsay, Mr. Shimada, and the LSP directors discussed the next step, to prepare for the toughest negotiating with MBM Corporation. According to them, it was an incredible day and the start of a new history.

Headed by our company President, Ms. Leah Tinsay, Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura and Board of Directors Ms. Rose Ann Reosura and Mr. Jay Jalandoni, this Special Recruitment Activity was held at the Municipality of Murcia.
Through the efforts of Tricastle International, Inc. President Ms. Leah J Tinsay and Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura, the Rotary Club of Kyoto – Fushimi held its third visit to the Municipality of Murcia last January 13, 2025, led by their President Masaru Ohta and Mr. Virgil Rupert Villarosa, President of the Rotary Club of Bacolod Marapara.
The visit, entitled “GLOBAL GRANT PROJECT”, focused on disease prevention and treatment. The delegation inspected the Murcia Health Center and the soon-to-rise Super Health Center and surveyed the Murcia Municipal Health Office personnel.
As part of the Rotary Club of Kyoto-Fushimi’s commitment to this initiative, they will donate an ultrasound machine, delivery table, and incubator to the Murcia municipal clinic.
Additionally, the visiting Japanese Rotarians paid a courtesy call to Murcia Mayor Victor Gerardo Rojas, Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura, and the Sangguniang Bayan Members of Murcia. They were accompanied by Tricastle International Inc. President Ms. Leah Tinsay and Board Director Ms. Rose Ann Reosura.
The Global Grant Project is set to be implemented from July 2025 to June 2026.

In collaboration with Tricastle International and its Japanese and Chinese partners, the Municipality of Murcia is working for the deployment of Murciahon agricultural and hotel services trainees to Japan. The initial meeting was held at Namegata City in Ibaraki Prefecture last July 2022, and the arrangement for the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement with its partners was finalized last February 2023, with the presence of 3rd District Rep. Francisco Benitez, Murcia Mayor Gerry Rojas, and Tricastle International co-founder and Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura.
The three officials, together with Tricastle International President Leah Tinsay, met with Multi-Contractors Cooperative (MARUCON) Chairman Kazuo Arai, Vice Chairman Masaki Miyai and Executive Director Toshiki Koyama, to discuss the expansion of the Negrense work forces from the construction industry into agriculture and hotel services.
They also met one of its partners, the Koryu Chushin/Chinese-Japan Agricultural Cooperative headed by Chairman Ryu Bin and Executives Maxin Rong and Wang Yu, who arranged a visit to a sweet potato farm in Hokota City.
They also paid a courtesy call on Hokota City officials led by Mayor Kazuo Kishida and Vice Mayor Shigeki Igawa, and gthey discussed the arrangements for the training of agriculture technical interns and the agreement for the sisterhood between Murcia and Hokota City.
