WELCOME TO JAPAN BATCH 42 GROUP 3!
Multi-Contractors Cooperative Executive Director Mr. Toshiki Koyama and staff conducted their first orientation to Batch 42 Group 3 at the Hokota Training Center (KORYU CHUSHIN).
The third and final group that consist of eighty-five (85) skilled interns will have one month of Japanese class/training before they will be dispatch to their respective companies. Congratulations to our last group from batch 42 and good luck to everyone!

Tricastle International, Inc. held a simultaneous Memorandum of Agreement signing of Batch 42 Group 3 in Bacolod City headed by our company President Ms. Leah Tinsay, and in Murcia led by our company’s co-founder and Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura, together with Murcia Mayor Gerry Rojas and SB members.
All the 85 interns from the last group from Batch 42 are present for the signing with their respective families to witness this opportunity and to give them a brighter future once they start working in Japan.

Tricastle International Inc. welcomes the Zentekkin group, one of the biggest rebar construction companies in Japan, with Multi-Contractors Cooperative conducted an enhancement and skills development orientation seminar to give more job opportunities to all Negrosanon skilled workers in the field of Japan construction.
The purpose of the seminar of Zentekkin is to contribute their expertise, training skills and knowledge to develop the education and to upgrade their technics in reforming bars which has a great benefit to the skilled workers in Negros Province.

More opportunities for our graduate interns who wanted to become Specified Skilled Workers as officials from Tricastle International had a dinner meeting with the officials from Japan Association for Construction Human Resources (JAC) last May 30, 2024, in Makati City.
Headed by our company’s co-founder and Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura and JAC officials, Mr. Morishima and Mr. Aritsuka, they successfully discussed their organization’s responsibility of hiring or accepting Specified Skilled Workers for their members from specialized construction companies or general construction companies.

Tricastle International Inc., led by our President Ms. Leah Tinsay, co-founder and Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura and the SB members, Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Kyoto Japan – Fushimi Chapter 2650, Rotary Club of Silay – District 3850, and Rotary Club of Bacolod Marapara – District 3850 made an ocular inspection at Alfredo Marañon Elementary School in Barangay Cansilayan, Murcia to identify important possible projects that will benefit the school’s teachers, as well as the students. The groups have also visited the birthing room of Murcia Health office.

ROTARY KYOTO – FUSHIMI CHAPTER 2650 MEMBERS 2ND VISIT
Rotary Kyoto-Fushimi held its 2nd fellowship visit to the Municipality of Murcia through Ms. Jeanet Santiago, President of the Rotary Club of Silay, and Mr. Eric Malo-oy, President of the Rotary Club of Bacolod Marapara.
The 2nd meeting is the presentation of requests for any form of grant of donation to the Municipality of Murcia general health care center especially for the welfare of mother and child which is much priority.
Also, the Japanese Rotarians paid a courtesy call to Murcia Mayor Victor Gerardo Rojas, Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura, and Sangguniang Bayan Members of Murcia. They were accompanied by Tricastle International President Ms. Leah Tinsay and Board of Director Ms. Rose Ann Reosura.
The Municipality of Murcia is grateful for the opportunity to be chosen as the beneficiary of Rotary Club of Kyoto humanitarian assistance.

This new category will give more job opportunities especially to all Negrosanon agriculture field workers who wanted to work in Japan for the sake of a better future for their families. TRICASTLE INTERNATIONAL TO SEND AGRICULTURE, HOTEL TRAINEES TO JAPAN
In collaboration with Tricastle International and its Japanese and Chinese partners, the Municipality of Murcia is working for the deployment of Murciahon agricultural and hotel services trainees to Japan. The initial meeting was held at Namegata City in Ibaraki Prefecture last July 2022, and the arrangement for the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement with its partners was finalized last February 2023, with the presence of 3rd District Rep. Francisco Benitez, Murcia Mayor Gerry Rojas, and Tricastle International co-founder and Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura.
The three officials, together with Tricastle International President Leah Tinsay, met with Multi-Contractors Cooperative (MARUCON) Chairman Kazuo Arai, Vice Chairman Masaki Miyai and Executive Director Toshiki Koyama, to discuss the expansion of the Negrense work forces from the construction industry into agriculture and hotel services.
They also met one of its partners, the Koryu Chushin/Chinese-Japan Agricultural Cooperative headed by Chairman Ryu Bin and Executives Maxin Rong and Wang Yu, who arranged a visit to a sweet potato farm in Hokota City.
They also paid a courtesy call on Hokota City officials led by Mayor Kazuo Kishida and Vice Mayor Shigeki Igawa, and gthey discussed the arrangements for the training of agriculture technical interns and the agreement for the sisterhood between Murcia and Hokota City.
