Started out as a non-profit partnership between a Filipino entrepreneur and a Japanese Construction cooperative. Found as; Train and Earn Livelihood Abroad.
The objective is to send Filipino semi-skilled construction workers to Japan to undergo On-The-Job- Training for Japanese construction companies. This program has been supported by The Municipality of Murcia and has been a long term partner for the province development of the local economy.

NJ BUILDERS GROUP, Inc., a construction labor service company was established; one of its goal is to put the Japan-On-The-Job-Training graduates to professional actual construction work.
August 2013
Tricastle International, Inc. has been established as the POEA licensed recruitment agency to officially deploy professional construction labor.

Multi Contractors Cooperative; the Japanese counterpart that has over 300 construction company members under the umbrella of the major Contractors of Japan construction industry.

The City of Bacolod, Municipality of Murcia and other Municipalities of Negros Occidental Philippines; joining hands in polishing the skills of each work force to become the provinces investors.
